Yeah, a lot of people panic a bit when they start finding hitchhikers in their tanks - just remember, a lot of the things you may find are harmless (and some are pretty cool).
In this case, this appears to be a nudibranch - probably a sponge specialist. It doesn't pose a threat to your tank, and it'll probably starve.
I'll see if I can figure out a proper ID later when I've got more time, but, this little guy is nothing to worry about.

My best guess for an ID at this point is an Atagema sp. - the closest I know at the moment are A. echinata and A. osseosa.
OP had a tank crash if you read his other posts and thought this was the cause.
