I've only been using mine for about a month and WAS happy with it. Just found out its leaking voltage and throwing off my probe readings. Hoping this is an isolated issue.

I've had a DC 600 for about 4 months running full blast externally. Flawless performance. That said it is being reprised for a new build and will now be in my sump as the main pump

Got the replacement motor assembly installed today and it's a total of 16dB quieter than the original pump. Now the loudest thing heard is the skimmer pump.
Happy with the DC12000 now!

Awesome! Glad you got it sorted out. Is the new one near silent?

Near silent but not as quiet as the others that I've heard. Weird thing about this one is that the slower the speed the louder it is. If I run it at 50% it's super noisy. Full speed ahead it's by far the most quiet one I've had!

Very interesting. My dc6000 is on the 2nd light and is dead silent. I can't tell if it's even on unless I watch the water.

Would need the front cover as well. We can give it a try. I believe another club member has an extra controller. Let's give it a whirl sometime.

So I just bought a Speedwave DC10000 new in box. Will be curious to see how it compares to the Jebao. Hopefully I can get it hooked up in the next week or so.

Out here in So Cal we've experienced the same failures on the jebao's not to mention they aren't pumping what they are advertising.

My Jebao has been running fine for the past few months, it's just noisy. I'm beginning to hear things about the Speedwave pumps having issues as well. Guess I'll have a backup if one does poop out.
