Looks happier. That is quite a colony of rhodactis mushrooms you have.

Having the same problem with my duncan and still am since mid june. Will only partially open then go hide again.
Ive asked many lfs and each has their own opinion. Tried their opinions. Have tried Many different areas of tank.

Could it be my lighting?

Ive just tried to get it in some decent flow and left it alone and its now blooming
