Trying to figure out the best way to maximize flow in my Innovative Marine 200EXT Peninsula. Although it’s a peninsula it is against a wall I just like the look of the over flow on one side instead of the middle.

My thoughts are 3 Gyre XF350s along the long side. Then in the side opposite the overflow a reef octopus pulse 4. I could also put another gyre here and turn it vertical to create flow across the front glass.

I’m open to suggestions but I would like something that I can control with my HYDROS. I have the 3 Gyres now so would really prefer to use those but am open to adding something different for the 4th pump.

I am going to use 2 sea sweeps with 2 Tunze 6255's as the only flow for my system. They would work well on yours as well.
I went this way because I did not want anything on the walls and the powerhead cords go through the sweeps.
On the lowest setting they create nice random flow. If I turn them to 100% water would go over the side if it was not euro braced.
This allows me to turn the flow up as the tank matures.
The 6255' are beasts when it comes to flow.
My 150lbs of live rock is comming on tuesday. Tank will be 90+% acros.
They are eazy to remove and clean also.
Check my build for more info.
You dont need a controller either.

Two gyre-type pumps placed vertically on drain wall. If needed, one more placed horizontally at the far end is what I would do.
