Hello everyone my name is Megan! I’m from Granbury Texas but I Reside in Central Pennsylvania. I’m married with 3 little boys. ‘Y husband is currently deployed for the next year (2024). I’ve been in the hobby for about 10 years but became much more invested and educated in the past 4 years. I have a 60 gallon reef system and also a 20 gallon divided into 3 sections for 3 bettas I have! I used to breed and sell bettas but I’ve since cut back on it due to my husband’s deployment. I now clean fish tanks for a living for other clients and help other hobbyists with their tanks. I also have a dog, 2 cats, a bearded dragon, and 2 turtles.

Eventhough I’d consider myself an advanced hobbyist I still am learning everyday. I still run into my own trial and error moments as well as occasional issues, I’m always learning new things no matter how much I think I know. (Currently dealing with an ammonia spike yikes).

I look forward to giving and receiving advice as well as seeing everyone’s set ups! Post a pic below to show me your cool tanks!
