I failed at least twice with mariculture pieces of this coral back when they first started coming in, as I've had a thing for it ever since I first saw the photos in Veron. Adam certainly did the legwork on this one through the transition to captivity, and it paid off. This one has more vivid colors than any of the maricultures I've seen as well.

I got the tips of mine to turn bright red under LEDs. Probably under 650 par and tons of flow. Its currently a brown turd in the new tank after I moved but I'm starting to see pinkish tips at least. I'll just give it time.

I do have a BC Bleeding tree frag as well so I guess I'll put it up high and hopefully get some nice colors like therman as well.

That's what mine is under currently. About 400 par under an ATI 8-bulb T5 setup. I lost about half of the piece when I moved houses but the rest is looking like its making a comeback.

Its current position in the new tank sadly would not be useful since it was nice and pretty in the old tank.

Its mostly brown now but I'm slowly seeing some pink in the tips as time goes by.
