Old thread, but, are those redbugs on the first few pics, or, just a bunch of junk on the lens?

lol no but good question. I actually magnified these pics extensively myself then wend ]t back and looked at the coral again after I shot them but no. Not bugs of any sort, but some crap floating in the water. This one slimed up little when i moved it for the pic and caught some of that stuff in the process I believe.

That's a gorgeous piece for a freebie. Can't wait to be more confident in my sps skills so I can order a pack of your beauties.

Just saw this post of mine dated 11/14 and almost spit out my coffee. What a difference a year makes huh Adam!? Lol...what are we...3 packs deep this year?

Thanks for the compliment, but the pile of dormant pieces might suggest otherwise lol...
Sometimes moving a stick 2"-3" left, right or up, down can make a dormant piece light up.

That looks good!

I got one a few months back but it hasn't done much for me. Seems be growing again. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.

I lowered my alk and upped the lighting intensity. Finally seeing some dormant ones come around.
Nice! This one was finicky for me for a little while but then started to grow. I'm still waiting on the tips Adam is getting.
