Little root like things sticking out of sand bed

I just did water change and sucked up a little too much sand, now I uncovered these things that look like roots under the sand and poke out like sticks.
Anybody know how to get rid of them and what they are?

(Excuse how the water looks the sand hasn’t settled yet)

No clue, but they are common/harmless …some kinda worm probably … whatever the case i wouldn’t worry

I'm probably wrong but I think maybe spaghetti worms?
Good luck keeping the sand against the glass nice and clean looking. For me it was a never ending battle and I surrendered.
