Why get a big tank and fill it up and then if you are going to purchase a house then have to tear it down.
I would get a AIO tank from IM or something similar.
Get the big tank when you purchase a house.

I'm not sure where this is coming from. I want a small tank, and I don't know where the house purchase thing came from. I already have fish to think about. I can't go smaller than a 40gallon. I already have a sump and skimmer and all the equipment I just need a drilled tank.
