X2. Also, those spots look more like velvet to me. Pretty numerous..

@Humblefish @melypr1985 @Brew12 you guys agree?
It could be the blurry photos but the spots look more oval to me which would be Ich. Looks like a pretty severe case though. :( I'm not seeing the more circular shape that would lead me to think it is velvet.

Love this stuff. I had the same with my regal, spotty but eats like a pig. Do a full months treatment at first, then a minimal treatment once every month or two just to keep on top of anything that may have been missed

The pictures are not good enough to tell exactly which is it. I do agree the polyp lab doesn't do much more than the fish's own immune system can accomplish on it's own. The ich is still there.

I'm using it now. Actually have a YouTube showing progress. So far my tangs are the only ones showing signs

I have high hopes for products along these lines. It is supposed to work via oxidation which we do know can be effective. I would love to see some studies or testing done that would prove the effectiveness of these products. The question in my mind is if an oxidizer can be dosed at a strong enough level to eradicate parasites while still being reef safe. If it can be, there is a chance H2O2 will become the cheapest reef safe medication ever.
