would you equip it with a small powerhead hooked up so it moves around the tank? you could have the powerhead stream push over a paddlewheel, which is geared to the powerhead mount to slowly change the direction of the powerhead and move the tank around the surface of your water- could simulate a cloud roaming overhead...
