I'd probably skip the coral banded shrimp (a few of those fish will find it too tempting). And ditch the purple tang.

IMO, the tangs are fine, include the Purple tang. You are going to find it difficult to get the Achilles tang. Naoko, Purple tang and Achilles tangs should go in last. Tamarin wrasse should go in first.
All this list is fine and dandy, but it is very rare that you can get them in that order. For me, the choice of fish is limited. I get what I can and condition and introduced them to get them tolerate and live together harmoniously.
