Yeah thats the invasion type of caulerpa. It is very treatable though. Do you have any corals and stuff? I had a similar issue and a bottle of vibrant killed it for me. Just be prepared to do water changes.

love what everyone has done for their plumbing. its getting me inspired to redo my plumbing. i'm thinking draining my tank and moving it just 6 inches in one direction. then building a stand for my ato and lifereef refugium. and then hard plumping it instead of soft plumbing. just looks better and plus the tubing is hard to work around in some spots. my tank is 72 inches and dual corner overflow. so yeah a little tough with the soft plumbing. and redoing my overflow pipes. one side doesn't want to drain when I do a wc. I have to mess around with it for a buit. i think air is getting into the drain pipe.
