Looking for identification of white perfect circle spots on my Foxface. He is otherwise healthy and eats very well.

Fortunately, it doesn't look like Ich or Velvet so good news there. With so much blue light it is hard for me to say for sure. It could be an injury or bacterial infection. It could also be a stress spot.

Is there a fish in the tank that is aggressive toward him? What is your feeding schedule for him?

I have noticed some agression between him and my larger female leopard wrasse. I feed nori once a day, feed oyster eggs or cyclopeeze throughout the day (automatic chilled feeding system) and feed Rod's food when I come home from work. Their is some algae in my tank (but not out of control), many mysis shrimp and copepods. I run sock free, use a protein skimmer and algae Scrubber. Tank is kept at 77 degrees and all readings are at 0, with nitrates staying steady between 5-10. Thanks for your response.

Could be from the wrasse. They tend to strike quick & often when provoked. Post a photo of the spots under white light tomorrow.

I had a similar issue with a cleaner wrasse and my fox face. Actually the wound got pretty bad. I was given dr g's antibacterial frozen food from my lfs and he bounced back in a week.
This stuff is awesome!!!!
Just make sure to spot feed the fish, if others get it that's fine just don't get it on the corals

It's interesting how different the spots look from the two different angles there. agreed that it could be damage from another fish though.

I just ordered a aqua medic fish trap. Going to remove my aggressive leopard wrasse, she did kill my mandarin so I guess I should have seen this coming. My other leopard wrasse is very calm.

Based upon your most recent pics, it looks more like a coral or nem sting. Maybe sweepers hitting it at night? I did see what looked like a Torch in the background in your first photo above.

I have a torch, hammer, frogspawn and a bubble tip anenome.

The roundness of those spots makes me suspect your foxface brushed up against the BTA, torch or frogspawn. Or sweepers hitting him at night (from any of the euphyllia) would cause the same thing.
