This is true. I don't have time to shop it lol. Not that it's a bad thing but the reality is that unless you have a DSLr with great skills it will not look the same.

You bought the coral coz u like it right? color and everything about this piece. I don't know maybe it's just me but the color is way off than the original. If u like it that's all it matters. Cheers!

Taken under 10k Ushio halide with no actinic supplementation. I have had it over a year. When I got it, it was brown/green from shipping. I admit I wasn't happy it shipped from Florida with no heat packs, or insulation.

It then turned green for about a year while it grew out, and now its is more of a white/yellow with red polyps. Pics look orange/brownish because I only have a camera phone.

Then it went missing for about a month and I found it while siphoning the sandbed (almost sucked it right out without noticing).

Here's a recent actinic shot (I need to get a full spectrum shot) as of April 26, 2015 (excuse the bubble algae):

Long ways to go...but seems to be edging along.

Thanks! I run LEDs: 4 hydra26s and 2 hydra52s. This piece is under one of the 52s.

I received my Pikachu frag today. Everyone curious if it's yellow or green. It's definitely yellow. Healthiest frag I've ever received from shipping. Photo is under ATI Blue +. This was my first order from TCK but I'll definitely order again.

Wow that's a big gamble that people took on this coral. I guess time will tell. I still can't justify paying that much for just one piece. I don't care what color it is. Hope it colors up for those buyers.

My colony is super colorful. You keep it a good flow and lots of light.
