So I got my maxspect gyre xf130 today from Marine Depot! Talk about serious packaging...a metal box? Yeah I'll be hanging on to this. So included is the pump, power supply, appropriate cables, controller, some replacement parts and two extra cages.

Everything is high quality and well put together. Overall I'm very impressed and I just got it out of the box lol. Good start Maxspect/Coralvue.

Time to get it wet.

Disregard the sideways photo...forgot to turn my phone for the pic...anyways...I've got it on constant speed mode at the moment, can't decide between speed 5 or 6 just yet, but wow this thing can MOVE some water. It caused a pretty good detritus storm when I turned it on and all the corals are wide open and seem to like the new flow pattern. Video to be posted next!

Yessir, don't know the head count atm, but it started as 2 and last I checked it was 5 or 6...someone is gonna get a nice fat hammer later this year :) :(
