How long does the account upgrade take? Today is a week I did receive the email with my ticket numbers but no upgrade. I do see the Birthday Member forum which leads me to believe the account was upgraded but doesn't it include the ability for animated avatars? I don't have the proper permissions for that.

I’m in the same boat as you, my name is in yellow and it’s impossible to read. A lot of times I talk to people without knowing who they are because their name is in yellow, and I can’t see it - lol.
