So I didn't put in my username and where to allocate the tickets. I found out that if you click the "choose option" when selecting which membership you want, it pops up the shirt sizes and payment options. It doesn't have the fields to input your username, tickets allocations, and the second shirt for the VIP+ unless you make the extra click and click "view full details" which I didn't do...
