...I occasionally get a bright, fluorescent pink spot (leaning toward orange). But it doesn't get big and it goes away if I take the rock out of the water and dry it out. I suspect it's alive. Maybe a type of coraline algae, but that's purely a guess. Let's gett some other opinions. #reef squad

Probably a silly question, but when putting rocks out in the sun to cure/dry do you need to protect them from the rain and stuff? Or do you just leave them outside for a couple weeks, elements be danged? #reefsquad
