The service was BEYOND our expectations. It was very personal. They even remembered my birthday!

orchid greenhouse. the caretaker said there was 5 VERY rare species but i never remembered. lol it would've been different if it were corals!

Manele Bay four seasons. The cool thing is that they had a shuttle from the lodge(in the mountains) that went to the beach resort and you had the same amenities as your hotel. SERVICE was excellent as usual, they spoke to us by name as we got off the beach resort shuttle.

There were lifeguards/attendants on the beach. When you first walk up they ask for your name and where on the whole beach you want to be situated. Yes ANYWHERE on the beach. We had found a spot that we had all by ourselves. The attendants carried 2 beach recliners, 1 xl beach umbrella (he plugged it into the sand) and set us up. they brought fresh fruit, iced lemon water, and chilled hand towels every 20 mins to us and also evian spritzer water to spray on our faces. 5 star service, even on a beach.
