Made a lot of little mods to this system and really enjoying it. I'm normally into larger systems but put in some extra effort on this nano and even had a local DIY wood guy built out the stand and canopy.

I even installed a blue acrylic false wall over the black wall to get some blue in the tank and used black pond foam on the back and bottom. :)

Your friend did a great job on the stand. It definitely works well for the tank.
Be cool to see another shot in 6mo after it grows in a little more. Looks nice so far.

thanks for all of the compliments...I have gone a different direction with this tank and will be making it a BTA tank for one of my breeder pair of clownfish and perhaps eventually moving the pair out and using it for growout.

Well, now that my clownfish project has all that it needs I'm going to start getting this tank back on track since I traded or sold off practically all of the coral that I had in this tank.

I have no idea on the direction of this tank...will just freestyle it.

I came across a few clams in a recent trade of some of the fish I decided not to keep. At the moment I'm liking clams and anything that moves.

Here is a better shot of my 2 favorite crocea clams... I really love the blue one:

Here is another coral I kept during the sell-off, tyree neon green polyp toadstool. I actually chopped the entire head off and here it is growing back :)

Came home today to some happy coco worms. Two of them started spawning (broadcasting gametes).

I've been feeding this tank phytoplankton and rotifers regularly. Currently I have 3 clams, 3 coco worms and a hawaiian feather duster to name a few that would benefit from the phyto and rotis.

Thanks everyone! This setup took one for the team. I let it go to purchase broodstock clownfish for my breeding program. Was not easy to do but I'm hooked on clownfish. : )
