Lip looks discolored. Fins are obviously nipped. I know this guy gets picked on by the other clown. My concern is the mouth discoloration and fin rot.

Poor guy!
How many more clowns you have in your tank and how big is your tank?
Do you have a FTS?

I can see the poor little guy in the right front corner.
IMO, move him to a different tank or sump if you want to save him.
Not sure if he/she has any disease on him as the rest of the Harem is ok.
Are the clowns paired up in a nem?

Certainly looks like he could be getting his hiney kicked. Possibly a mild infection on the mouth/face. Probably be ok with some care and removal from the abusive situation.

They seemed like they were doing fine for a long time. The mocha would protect him from the others. Awe man. I feel like I need to get him into a QT for some relief.

If I do put him in QT what meds could relieve any infection without stressing. I have melafix, Methlene Blue, Furan-2, Kanaplex, and general cure.

He is eating. I could keep him in an isolTion container in the tank. Less stressful? Only if you feel meds are not required.

If it appears to get worse, then you could use either furan2 or kanaplex. You might try the melafix in QT now as it might -maybe help a little while it's still mild, but honestly I would just get him separated from the others (using your handy container there) and feed him vitamin enriched foods to help boost his immune system. wait and watch. if it gets worse, then you can transfer him to QT and treat with the meds.

I would also suggest picking your favorite pair and taking the other two back to the store. That tank isn't large enough to house two pairs of clowns without damage being done. Sorry hun :(

Thank you for the guidance. I completely understand. I've been telling myself I need to let go of two for a while.

Just to update. The Ocellaris was put into an isolation container picture above. He's been doing great. Fins and bruises have all cleared up and repaired.

So it took about 20 or so days with isolation in the tank, with enough flow, fed a lot of Hatchery Diet and Rods. And nightly cleaning. His poop is good and his energy is all good.

You can see that the white gladiator continues to relentlessly challenge and rush the container. The little guy in his private digress not seem to give him/her the time of day.

So the little dude is still in his private room. I still need to sell off two clowns.
