I’m running a smart dual sensor ATO. Do you all turn your ato off during a water change to prevent it from turning on? What do you do with your ATO during water changes? Thanks!

I just got a Waterbox AIO 50.3. I have an ATO from my old aquarium, and I wonder where I should install the sensor for the ATO in the aquarium? The ATO is AutoAqua Smart ATO Lite. SATO-260P.
