Debated on these for clean up crew, but are they a good choice? Whats your experiences?

So I have a 65 gallon tank with 1 chrome chromis And 1 firefish. This is my list for Cuc so far: - 7 turbo snail - 2 emerald crabs - 1cleaner shrimp - 1 tonga fighting conch I’m looking to add more inverts before I add fish so I need some advice on which ones.

I was wondering how long it takes to drip acclimate an urchin, would an hour suffice or longer than an hour?
