I'm having a hard time sexing this scooter blenny. The top fin seems taller than those of females I've seen in pictures but not quite as tall and showy as those of the males. The fin isn't fully extended in this picture but it's the best one I could get. I've never kept this scooter species...

I saw this scooter blenny, it's been on frozen only at petco for 2 months, and they said they'll hold him for me for 6 weeks but I was wondering if he looks healthy? I heard they starve with very little visible signs, so I wanted to make sure this little guy is OK.
