I had an aptasia in my rock and I used F-Aptasia to get rid of. Then I noticed this right next to it. It’s wavey, could be from the flow but i am not sure. What is it? My tank is about 9 months old.

Would anyone know what species this worm is? I want to know whether i should kill it or release it back in the ocean. I found it while washing some rocks found on the Jersey Shore. Thanks in advance! :)
