White worms in mass

So I have heard of Detritus worms, but these are high up on rock work, and just on the rocks all over the place. Can’t seem to find a picture that looks the same. Thanks!

I don’t believe they move. They kind of disintegrate when I try to grab them with tweezers
They might be sand tubes created by spionid -type worms, or they may be something else entirely. They are not easy to see in your photo... It's not very clear.
