Worm-like creature ID help

I noticed a worm-like creature on one of my live rocks. It can stretch and it has a white body with black bands on it. Its ripping off detritus or algae off the live rock, it looks like it doesn't move around but rather hiding in a crevice and stretching out. Sorry that the video is blurry and dark, I recorded it at night and my phone camera is bad. Can anyone ID it? It's very small like less than 1mm thick, but quite long.

Peanut worms are harmless so in that case you should be fine

Sorry, about the audio, i forgot to turn it off, but yea the camera quality is bad. It does resemble the peanut worm a lot. Thank you!

Well the audio didn't bother me I had it turned off, but I meant a grainy image due to the camera pushing up the sensor sensitivity to not only show a black screen.

Don't worry about the audio

In general: If it's small and seems to be gathering detritus and still stays hidden at night, it should be fine. If you see something actively scavenging/hunting it gets dangerous, especially when it's growing large.
