zoa and algae

Ai returned some answers that setting my light to a higher 60% white and like %40 blues in my 14 inch nano tank could have negative consequences for my corals. I have some zoas that seem to be stretching and turning transparent. So I’ve been slowly raising the white light but it hasn’t helped...

I removed a good sized chunk of a chalice that had overgrown a rock with zoas. Once off I noticed this really weird sight. Looks like purple blob that has a deep hole in it and orange filament running through it and don’t know what it is ?!
