zoa pest

Hi everyone - can someone please help identify what this is in my zoa? It does not seem to bother my zoa but is definitely spreading in the area. It is only in this particular zoa and I have dipped it twice now with no results.

this zoa has been in my tank one week or so and this worm thing started popping out of it today. Any clue what it is? Should I pull it out?
