#zoanthid help

I recently got 2 zoa frags, one is thriving and the other looks like this. 2 of the 3 polyps are alive and occasionally come out during the day but the 3rd is definitely gone. One of the *not dead* ones is only attached via algae. I didn't see any spiders or nudis after looking for a while...

I picked this Zoa/Paly up this weekend at a local Frag Swap and was too dang enamored and excited to the get it for $20 that I completely forgot the name of it when the gentleman at the booth told me. It is not an Utter Chaos, I have a full colony already, but it looks more like a "reversed"...

Can anyone id these zoan? Thank you guys

What is this slime on my zoa ? Is it bad ? This is the only zoa (captain jerk) I have. Brought it a week back. Today I fed them reef pluse powder food, how often I have to feed them.
