So I’ve got this zoanthid that been in the tank for years and even grew a baby, about 2 months back I upgraded my tank to a 90gal and no matter what I do I can’t get this thing to open up.mind you I own several sps and lps colony’s along with a toadstool that all are nice and healthy.what should I do?
A dew thing to add is that it is close to the bottom but I’ve put it up high in my tank,in the middle, in shaded and un shaded parts and in sections with high and low flow

.1 nitrate and .1 phosphate seems to be out of balance. Pho should be less than nitrates. But don’t know that this is an issue. One question I would have is if the Zoa’s a couple of years old and only made one split, it would seem to me that it is unhappy. Maybe there are real slow growers, but mine usually increase heads even during my 1-2 week QT.
My best guess is that it doesn’t like either flow, lighting or both. Generally if too low light they should extend to try to get more and too low the will shrink.
