Well, considering it’s been Halloween and is now the Day of the Dead (for those who celebrate it),

what are your favourite spooky fish and do you own any?
Are they spooky because of the name or their colour pattern?

Whether it’s a Candy Basslet, or a Sawtail Tang. Let’s see them!

Here’s my spooky fish, the Black Foxface - Siganus niger. These have one incredible transition when they sleep! They go almost more white.

Mine:

Squirt - engineer goby
Ivar - Jeweled eel
Ghost - snowflake eel
Comet- marine betta

Do you think these 2 are a little spooky, the goblin gave me goosebumps when I first got him.

He is super creepy yet oddly awesome! Very cool fish. What is he?

Inimicus didactylus, aka the sea goblin; he's got spider legs and buries himself in the substrate in ambush. The 2nd pic is actually a very beautiful fish but many people are freaked out because it just doesn't look real much less a fish; Rhinopias frondosa, aka the weedy scorpionfish.

I do like the fish in the second picture! The first one is a little freaky! I would be constantly staring at him all day! Interesting but creepy
