Yes, that is dry rock. But that is ok, I think now a days most people start with it. This is all in my experience, it’s not written in the Bible. Dry rock will take you longer to get to the mature stage but you will still get there. You are on your way, every one of our tanks went through it and now we are on the other side. You will also. Good afternoon @Katrina71. I’m sure it’s well past noon now that you are awake. Just some hangover tips I remember from undergraduate school. 1: Ibuprofen, Gatorade ( you are dehydrated from all the vodka, your electrolytes are way off) and some greasy fast food ( not sure what this does but I always craved it when I was hung over and I always felt better after). Right now you are swearing off alcohol for the rest of your life but that will be gone by tonight. Repeat tomorrow!

Unfortunately, my heat went out before I went to sleep. It was 2 degrees. Gas fireplace and 2 space heaters... waiting on the repairman to call. He's a neighbor, so fingers crossed!

Oh dear god what a nightmare! I hope that was enough to keep you, your family and your tank warm. Terrible timing, why doesn’t the heat go out in the summer when it doesn’t matter ;)!

The heat is coming! Whenever the heat is out at my house and I complain I’m cold my wife talks me into sitting in my car with the engine on and the garage door shut. She has this little joke where she locks the door into the house and puts a chair, with the top part under the handle. She is so funny!

Not feeling so great today. That snow blowing took a lot out of me yesterday.

Chicken noodle soup today seems like a good day for that.
8 degrees and everything frozen shut.
I'll try and get some soup sent out to Tennessee on overnight.
@Reef Devils - @fishguy242 had great advice about maybe adding some flow to your infected areas of sand. Give that a try later today.
If you've got a dc powerhead you can adjust it up and down easy.
