I always target feed the corals. Before I did it 2 or 3 times a week, but now I only do it once because the phosphates were very high. I also add a little bit of mysis and flakes to that mix, but I had never tried fuel in the mix. I always added it alternating with AB+ directly into the tank. I'm going to try it tomorrow to see. Thanks Tom.

Good morning nerds! I usually don’t take pictures of my tank under whites, it looks blah and colors are washed out.

Same here, I still use reef roids and AB+ but at least every 2 times that I use fuel and benepets, sometimes I even mix reef roids and benepets and I make a mix of everything, now that the CBB doesn't stay hidden so much and goes out to look for food I'm going to reduce the frozen food a little because at first I was target feeding him and I got scared that he was going to get used to eating hidden and for a few days now I've been feeding the tank as usual but in more quantities

My favorite LCS (Local Coral Shop) uses Fuel

Well you know what I mean, the difference between the colors under full actinic blue and white. I schedule full whites when I’m less likely to be home. I took that picture because of haow big my duncan was next to my largest coral in the tank, NY Knicks torch that has had multiple heads fragged about a half a dozen times. I’m running out of room and I despise fragging anymore.

I don't mix them. In fact right now I'm out of Reef Roids but I will buy more. The other one I want to try before I buy more Roids is GoniPower.

Both the Reef Roids and Benepets seem to elicit a positive result. In fact every time I give the gonis their Benepets/Fuel mix, later that day they start to extend, not very far yet but a definite and positive result. It's the same general idea to what @WalkerLovesTheOcean has been talking about and I think I also saw a related YT from, I believe, Reef Dudes. The difference is I just turn off all flow and dribble the mix on them in tank then leave the flow off for at least 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure they would fully recover if I did it more often but I'm just too lazy a reefer. The main thing is they do respond and they are not getting worse so as long as I keep them going until they decide it is okay to survive they will be fine, I hope.

They do the same thing as they are both amino acid-based concoctions and they both need to be refrigerated, but they are a little different. AB+ has that neat florescence that makes it easy to see your flow patterns but it seems to raise phosphates more. Fuel looks the same in the container but doesn't fluoresce and doesn't seem to affect your phosphate levels as much. I also think (hope, imagine, hallucinate?) that the Fuel creates better PE and coloration, at least in my tank.

I do this every time I feed the corals, sometimes even longer when I see that some coral hasn't eaten everything because it happens to me that some fish wants to take the food away from them and they close up and then when they open up they eat again.

Yah, tough problem having all those pesky corals growing all the time. Probably have to throw away all those heads since nobody likes torches. Worse than GSP.

The converse problem is tanks like mine. I don't have very many corals because I'm waiting, and waiting, for them to fill in. It doesn't make for a very exciting build thread -- 'I think I see two new polyps on my green monti cap this week woo hoo'.
