Think I might be losing my betta “baby girl” soon, she’s about 2 years old. Noticed something was off when she didn’t come to the middle water column when I turned on the lights. She’s not moving from the bottom of the tank. Temps around 67, bumped it up to 70s. 50% emergency water change, dechlorinater added. Hoping she pulls through the night but she’s lethargic and staying bottom
Can you get a better picture? Maybe I can help.

I love spam sliced think and fried a little crispy.
My daughter thinks it is gross but I’m with you, I cut it thin, fry it crispy and melt cheese on it. Great sandwich! A staple in Hawaiian and Japanese cuisine! It was created as a protein source for our soldiers in WWII.

I didn't know that! I sometimes get some and take it deer hunting with me in a baggie in case I get hungry.

I tried :/ my phone lens is cracked and it alters the focus. I’ll try to snag one from my wife’s phone later and post
Ok for now I would gradually keep warming the tank up.

Oh I forgot to update everyone on my visit to the migraine specialist. He gave me a preventative medication to try at night that hopefully will help and if it didn't there are other things we discussed trying. He also recommended a few things I'm going to try to relieve tension in my shoulders and neck a few are exercises and another is getting a neck hammock and trying it a couple of times a day.

Nice Amanda!
Hopefully something will work I know it will!
My wife gets them, less now than years ago and I know how debilitating they can be.
Thoughts are with you always.

Try it with a pineapple ring on a Hawaiian roll.

ODG ( that is oh dear god for you older reefers), it is bad enough pineapple is ruining our pizza but now my sandwich? I like the Hawaiian roll though!

You are added to my prayer list! My youngest son suffers from them. Absolutely horrible!
