I swear to the 8 pound, 6 ounce baby Jesus, I've gained 10 pounds this week just by looking at all the food pics on here!

Wow! How do you get the onions so thin, I’m assuming that you don’t have a deli slicer?

I just used a filet knife lol and cut really slowly. A mandolin would've probably been perfect. Doing the bun like that and browning the onions made an amazing flavor. Similar to a full size white castle or Krystal burger
