Alright. I'm going to get this started!

I won the ESHOPPS Mariner 70 giveaway so I'm setting up the build thread. Pictures will be coming as I set it up!

Aquascape:
I'm going to go for a natural-ish aquascape with shelves. Many of the rocks are Aragocrete shelves that I made myself. Pic to come once tank is set up!

It's got a different footprint which is cool! Very similar to my old 75 - 36" x 21" x 21".

Friday, January 12th Tank Has Arrived!!!!

Fish trap was installed in the FW, hopefully tomorrow and Sunday I'll be tearing down the 110. Monday is a holiday so I can potentially start setting it up!

So I have a Lawnmower Blenny I'll probably move over from the 125. Also, I'll be adding a Cleaner Goby (either one of the two from the 125 or I'll get another one or two). I'm going to get another pair of Springeri Damsels and a Springeri Dottyback if I can find one. Scopas Tang will probably be added as well.

Beyond that, it will depend on if I go BB or DSB. DSB will have at least 1 (probably 2 or 3 Halichoeres) but BB will have 0 or 1 with a bowl of sand in the corner. DSB will have a YWG or Diamond Sleeper (or both) but BB will have neither.

So, thanks to @danieyella 's reminder...

This is just a fake mock up and won't work with the internal overflow, but the approximate dimensions of this aquascape with existing extra rock (no rock removed from the 125) is 33" x 15" x 12" tall. I've got one EggRagORack hanger and one EggRagORack sand rack.

Curious though... Do I go BB on this one or sand? I'm going to start making some Aragocrete rock now I suppose.

Congrats. Wow im Jealous. I was hoping I would have won that giveaway! I went bare bottom and have to say I love it. Easy to clean up detritus. No Worries about old Sand syndrome. Don’t have to constantly clean to keep It looking crisp. Best move I’ve made

My 125 is DSB with Halichoeres Wrasses and a single Conch. Sand bed stays fairly clean but I have a LOT of movement in there. I'm considering a low coral load with a few fish only so BB sounds good.
