Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Even when you had corals? I am always testing in my 90 gallon because I have corals. I don’t test my 20 gall because it only has fish and some kelp.
I'm glad you are testing. I think you need to and I'm glad you didn't give up in the beginning.
Softies is all I have and they're pretty tolerant creatures.
I'm glad you stuck with it and didn't let some of the stuff here bum you out!

Nice to meet you as well, not sure what speed. The salinity is 1.024 I didn’t realize it had an adjustable speed.
Just just got all of this for a surprise Christmas present. I feel so stupid.
Thanks for the response boys. I’m still waiting on my coral guy to get my test kits in.
So I’ve just been dropping in to test.
Only had it up and running since dec 27th
No worries. Not stupid at all. We all have questions no matter how much we know! Keep it up and let’s us know if you got questions.

lol I feel so out of tech, I’ve never been on a thred or anything like this so bare with me

I never tested in over 30 years until I became a member on here.
So much talk of testing I started to and now test weekly.
Was just wondering what your levels were.
PH 8.0, mg 1490, ca 435, Na 10, alk 8.1, phos .25 ( it has been at that level for the whole time, probably less but the color is closer than the lower number).

No problem.

Yeah I am glad I got into the hobby. Things were not great at the start but I pushed through it and tank is looking amazing. I couldn’t have done it without the R2R community.

Here are some pics of the tank today.

Dude!
Really come together bro so nice!
You gotta teach me now!

Looks like mine is the 110
There's no controller on yours. You have an ac pump. It's always on.
Water level for that skimmer is right over the output.
Too high and it'll overflow.
Bubbles look great. Should be bigger at the top.
@Reef Devils is right. Tank is new and skimmer needs break in but run it anyways.
