Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Tough decisions all around; yet you persevered and now he comes to be with you. A huge adjustment for all; but what a gift to share your life and be there to guide him in a critical stage of his development as a young man.

Sending you the love of Mom Strength- as there is no stronger energy in this universe.

Thank you for sharing such a vulnerable aspect of your life.
I have always been part of his life and talk to him several times a week and have sent money to support him. And I have visited as often as I could so it was not a lot different than someone having shared custody where the parents live in different states. It was not an easy decision but it was what I thought was best for him at that time in my life. Life there is different than here. All we do here is work work work work and for a long time I worked 2 to 3 jobs to support myself and my mom and still be able to support him there. He grew up happy and loved and he's had a happy carefree childhood there. I thought long and hard before sharing it here as I am afraid people will judge me like they have in the past.

If you saw my email address, you'd laugh so hard.
ya, I prefer Sleeping Giant or SG or anything else on here rather than my name, that's for close friends only. otherwise I would have put it as my name instead of Sleeping Giant, not trying to sound as rude as this is coming across, just my preference.

Judge you? No, we support you. You have worked really hard to take care of everyone. Letting a child live with another parent when you know it would benefit him, is a huge act of love.

Do I understand that...course my inexperience at social media shines through when I signed up for R2R using my real name. I guess I could ask to change it but the cat is out of the bag after all these years anyway. Not on any other social media anyway. SG it is or Sleeping Giant.

No judgment ever passed on the Smorgasbord.
You are a wonderful lady.
If you bring to his life half of what you bring to all of us here without ever meeting you then he'll be a lucky kid.
Share all you want that's what we're here for.

Not rude at all.
SG it is. ;):smiling-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Ok funny guy… I’m being serious. This is what children are for. They can cancel their activities this weekend and help their incredible father.

Otherwise, Aunt Jenny is coming to town, and they don’t want any part of my bad cop side.
My wife helps as well when she is not cooking. She never sits down! Makes me feel guilty when I do. Thinking about slipping some valium in her coffee every once in a while.

I think I’ll be going with Ice Dawg SG! That gives you some street cred.
