You built something incredible, I hope these new owners can keep it going and up to the same standard, but that said, i hope your able to pass the torch on and finally get some of that R&R that you always seemed to get shorted!

I'm trying to get my body and mind schedule normalized after 30 years of getting up @2AM.
Right now I'm able to sleep until 3:40.
Don't know what it is about that time in particular but every morning when I look at my phone, sure enough, 3:40 it is...

Oh man thats a rough schedule for 30 years. I have always been a night person but i always had a day time job.
I hate getting up early. Maybe put your phone in another room out of reach so you wont look at it

I've gotten up early, gone to bed early my whole life.
Working nights will be a big adjustment for sure.
