Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
We're having Firehouse subs at our church Worship/Production Group tonight. Tasty, but definitely not cubed deer or Greek potatoes. Speaking of Greek potatoes @ESABOE did you add rosemary and garlic to the potatoes?

Not really that hungry I had a fried chicken burger at work this afternoon so I think it'll just be a bowl of chili.
Making the boys burgers.

Rosemary - never. Garlic, nope. Even though we use garlic for pretty much everything else.

Oregano, lots of lemon, salt, pepper, good quality Greek olive oil. Potatoes marinate in that overnight (for holidays) or just a couple hours when it’s just for regular dinner. Baked with foil on top, last 30 minutes without foil so all edges of potatoes get crispy. The potatoes are cut lengthwise so they look like long pyramids- more edges then.

This is our traditional Greek Easter recipe that went with lamb on spit. Our entire family makes them even for regular dinner, just shortened marinated time.

This recipe is so good, a few well-known chefs asked my brother for recipe when he worked for them. I will write down specific recipe and DM anyone who wants. The masses aren’t worthy to receive it . Lol.

How was your day Joel? Is it a quieter weekend at restaurant you think?

Chili topped with onion and cheddar cheese, hot sauce, is pretty darn good any night.n

Wrap that chili in a tortilla or toss it on some Fritos or tortilla chips and have chili tacos!

Gotta throw some goat cheese on at least!

Money Tim.
Bought largest bag of tortilla chips I could find and a new carton of grapefruit juice.

Tomorrow is my first time attempting gumbo, wish me luck!
Good luck! What time is dinner (need to plan my drive accordingly)?

Day was good Jennifer thanks! :smiling-face-with-smiling-eyes:
Last week was our busiest spring break week ever.
This week is busy but not that busy.
In our town there's not a lot to do so people eat out a lot.

Literally did everything on list - laughing so hard, ribs hurt.
Good! You need to laugh. Laughter is the best medicine. You're going to laugh so hard that when you show up for your first treatment there's not going to be anything to treat.

You can do it Kev!
If you need to call me for support let me know.

I’m starting when I wake up, the roux seems like the most work, I’ll let it simmer all day so any time in the afternoon or evening will be good. Did I tell you that you will be taking home a birdsnest frag as well?

Actually, I probably will, thanks Joel!
