Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I think I might have some window screen outside if not I can have my husband get some today.
Your crafting mesh would probably work fine as well. You just want something roughly a 1/4" or less, especially with a Firefish. My lid is a sheet of polycarbonate with a series of slits that are 3/8" wide by 9" long all over it. I've had both a Firefish and a large Yellow Wrasse go right through the slits several times. I'm sure the Pintail Wrasse would have no problem getting through it. The only ones that hit the lid and plop back in are the Bristletooth Tang and Foxface. In the past I've had numerous fish jump right through egg crate like it wasn't even there.

I don't have enough of the crafting mesh and the closest place to get it is about 45 minutes away and I'm not handling car rides too well right now.

I know BRS sells some of the 1/8 inch mesh online for a good deal in large quantities.

Looks more like taste-testing to me.
Lol it already got its butt handled by the Flame Angel when the Flame first went in. Six line thought it could intimidate but that didn't last a minute. Chased it into a corner and it's behaved itself since n

I keep a pack of it around. If the tank gets nutty, I pull it out and throw it over the lid. Once the tank is back to normal for a few days, I fold it back up and store it again.
