My beagles love to dig but they dig where I don't want them to... lol
Sounds like a beagle!
They like to dig and escape, peruse the neighborhood just to say they can.

I saw that before but forgot!
I know, but it was worth a repost cause Amanda loves him like I do.

And we are ignoring my first attempt at platinum blonde hair - lol.

Doug is my spirit animal...
Stella was my spirit animal.
She was the best person I ever knew.
She was the runt of 8, found on the side of the road and sick when I got her.
Half Dobie Half Sheppard all heart, great with kids, great watchdog and could catch bees in mid air.
Loved that dog.
Gentle tough lady lived 14 years, traveled around the country with my wife and I when we first got married.

Ok so I'd like to pose a question to y'all.
Alk and ph seem to be what my tank's calling on me about over the last few months so how does everyone test for ph or do you even test at all?

I use the salifert test.

I use Salifert, and dose AFR.

Sorry I disappeared for a bit I was talking to my oldest that's in Saudi Arabia right now. He's home sick and he's going to make me a list so I can send him a care package.
That sounds nice Amanda I had no idea.
Please thank him and give him my best.

Okay you two how often do you test and what is the ph,roughly.
Mine stays at 8 and for now until I get more secure in my knowledge I plan to test at least weekly or no less than every other week. I don't know how to look at my corals and just know they are missing something so testing gives me peace of mind.

Will do is not often we get to chat but I always enjoy it when he gets a chance to. You would think after 3 deployments in 6 years I would be use to it by now but I just worry more when he's over seas than I do when he's in the US.

I have been using api for ph for about 100 years but wanting something more exact I guess thinking of either this

Or this

Or is salifert just easy?
Never used a salifert test.

Those are easier to read because you don't have to match colors. I really like how easy the Hannah one I have for testing copper is and hope to eventually buy them all.
