Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Which goby is that one Kevin?
A diamond watchman goby, Luis. Great personality and keeps my sand bed sparkling clean. Could be a problem in your tank though depending what type of corals you have on the sand bed.

Thank you Kev, right now I have mushrooms, favia, acan and thinking of adding some goniopora in the near future

You might be ok, you can’t see it in the picture but I have mushrooms and rfa, they can move if not happy. In the picture you can see an acan and chalice.

Good morning! Making a cup of Coconut Cream Chocolate Dream coffee (who knows, we'll see how it is s?) to go with my Pumpkin Spice overnight oats.

Good morning Joel, in the 70's today in Lewiston and Clarkston. Take a long lunch break and get outside and enjoy the weather!
@Mhamilton0911 hey can you pick some morels for me hahaha?
Excellent!!
Might be 70 here today finally some vitamin D.
Trying to get out by 3:30,sit outside.
Have a great day Lowell!!

^ This!!!!!!!!! But a tailspot is a must or @Katrina71 will send two men in a black panel van with no windows to your house and make you get one! I’ve been there and it’s scary, I recommend you avoid! It all ends the same.

we don't do vans anymore...black helo's with anti noise blades with repel gear, and black lowered tahoes or explorers for support ground....Vans are so out dated and can't handle the curves...hahaha...

So I learned something interesting today! If your blood pressure is highish and you take ibuprofen for a headache, your blood pressure goes up. I guess it's not a good idea to take ibuprofen before going to the doctor...

Good news, no coffee or ibuprofen before the doctor's appointment this morning. BP was 128/90.
wow that lower...very good...

Good night everyone that went to bed! I'll be heading that way soon - printing something for my wife.

@ESABOE - overnight oats have been made for tomorrow's breakfast. Apples, cinnamon, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and honey Greek yogurt.

Also, rescheduled my appointment. They had a cancellation for 7:30 tomorrow morning so I'll go talk and find out what her thoughts are. Blood pressure was down this afternoon - 154/104.
Just logged in and catching up on thread, so sorry if there is more updated version of your post!

I AM SO DANG PROUD OF YOU!

None of this is easy or fun, but I am not surprised that you took it full steam ahead; just like your bro, Joel!

I have passed the candy jars (yes, multiple that my mom keeps out for the family when they visit) since the challenge started. No beer, no pop tarts, no carbs. Got ingredients for overnight oats - going savory with turmeric and cardamom, coconut milk, sea salt, black pepper and other spices that slip my mind. It’s basically the Indian chai hot health drink I used to do, but add the oats. I’ll find recipe and post.

Hell has frozen over. No monster java in 3 weeks. Trying to be a little healthy.
Wow Katrina! That one is a hard cold turkey to do! I’m not surprised given your core strength that continues to bolster you forward!

Did you replace it with anything that you like?

And I was proud I passed the candy jars….
