so since it was my idea to do the healthy eating challenge, I have to be transparent and admit today’s failure.

Hot dog, fries and a beer! I will be starting the 14 days over again.

Not looking for sympathy, just wanted to be honest in case anyone else did a deep dive. I’m not talking one cookie or Sammie with bread, I’m talking full-on meal.

Do we call it a rip-clean? Lol.

I had oatmeal for breakfast with my black coffee, cheese and crackers with fruit for lunch, and Texas Roadhouse for dinner. 1 roll, salad with honey lime dressing, steamed veggies, and herb crusted chicken. I behaved!

Glad you are keeping with it!

I’ve eliminated the sugar and that’s the hard one. Other food is not hard to replace though- this was clearly an emotional eating hotdog - lol

I really like Dr Tim’s products! He is one of the OG educated vendors. He gets a bad rap lately as he is old-school, not flashy and to be honest not a great presenter - but his content is spot-on and very scientific.

Like in most industries- have to be Insta-worthy or your not valued by younger generation.

But if you pay attention, the big vendors - BRS, WWC, TSA, Saltwater.com still use his products for their store tanks.

His Waste Away product is fantastic as well.
