I have to think that some are hardier than others. I have a few. Don't know their names. But they survived through dinos. Nitrates bottoming out. Don't give up.

Morning Shelley !

Me this morning. My poor hubby woke me up yelling in pain at 2:30 this morning with really bad leg cramps. I jumped out of bed to get the leg cramp stuff to rub on his legs which then caused both my calf muscles to cramp but not like his cramps mine are just annoyingly painful his are severely painful and pretty much lock down his legs to where he can't move them and last a long time.

For a long time I would get severe leg cramps that would wake me up multiple times a night. All I could do was get up and walk them off. I was put on a prescription of potassium due to mine being really low and the cramps went away. I now take an over the counter potassium supplement.

What did you eat ? Is it catchy ?

for a while I was waking up in the middle of the night with leg cramps. I can't remember what but there is a pill you can take as well. I finally stopped getting the cramps though.
We have tried several kinds of pills and none seemed to help. He's gotten them pretty much his entire adult life.

He takes potassium and magnesium the doctors have no idea what causes it.

Thanks! Those are for next year. I do 7g fabric bags but I am transitioning to raised beds next year. I did use 6 raised this year.
