He strikes me as a buffet kinda guy. When he gets the love back it's going to be a bite of seared medium rare ribeye perfectly seasoned and a dollop of fresh horseradish, a bite of bacon crusted roasted brussel sprouts, a bite of sweet potato with cinnamon, brown sugar, and just the right amount of marshmallows, a small cob of sweet corn with salted sweet cream butter (and a small slather of mayo if he's really wanting a treat!), some perfectly crispy orange chicken on a bed of pork fried rice, a maple honey glazed pork butt (or shoulder could work), and a PILE of tacos - Barbacoa, pastor, carnitas, grilled chicken, and fajita steak. Then, he'll end with a gooey chocolate brownie ala mode and a small slice of sweet potato pie covered in whipped cream.

Definitely yes, yes,for sure,8 or 9 of those and yes, most definitely forget the dairy allergy 2 brownies please. :smiling-face-with-smiling-eyes:

I've cooked some rare tuna steaks and have had sushi, just never did sashimi.

A nice thick fresh cut of tuna with a drizzle of raw honey. 1 minute on each side.

Or a seared Copper River Salmon filet with a honey citrus glaze.

I enjoy some, but not a fan of avocado or cucumber which is 80% of the sushi out there.
