Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
and for something sweet.walnuts, cranberries brazil nuts, raisin and pepitas...along with my turmeric drink
We eat very similar- when I’m back in my normal diet.

Walnuts are a staple for me. Almonds I crush and sprinkle on things - teeth delicate.

Your lunch sounds delicious- I’ll take a serving please

^ This!!!!!!!!! But a tailspot is a must or @Katrina71 will send two men in a black panel van with no windows to your house and make you get one! I’ve been there and it’s scary, I recommend you avoid! It all ends the same.

Truth!

Woah, all 7 fish in one picture!? If I took a picture of my tank you would see no fish, lol!!
Walker, he does this all the time! It’s literally the vogue catwalk. I’m hoping for one pic of my new wrasse who has been in the tank for a month already

Now, what shrimp do you recommend to pair with the goby?
Mine was with a pistol shrimp - so cute, but you have to be prepared for when he does the “Gun Show”, you’ll think tank glass has cracked.

I want the yellow watchman goby for my wife and son who want a yellow fish but recommendations are accepted lol
Love the watchman, he didn’t do a thing with the sand. And my pistol shrimp was a model citizen

So I learned something interesting today! If your blood pressure is highish and you take ibuprofen for a headache, your blood pressure goes up. I guess it's not a good idea to take ibuprofen before going to the doctor...

Good news, no coffee or ibuprofen before the doctor's appointment this morning. BP was 128/90.
You’d think Dr would have mentioned that.

Great numbers!

Almost sunny here today.

Supposed to be 80 on Saturday.
Guess we'll see. ;)
I know you have a lot of overcast days, but gosh those sunsets are beautiful once it clears

but like which one? That's why I'm undecided because I don't know much.
Yellow watchman goby - NOT a diamond. Diamonds re-arrange sand all day, every day. I have one.

In my 26. Gal nano I had yellow watchman goby (Cryptocentrus cinctus). Or you could do this one
Pink Spotted Watchman Goby
(Cryptocentrus leptocephalus)

And pistol shrimp:

Stonogobiops, Amblyeleotris, and Cryptocentrus

Sometimes they sell them as pairs. I had my pistol for over a year before getting the yasha. Took the yasha about 3-4 days to meet the shrimp and become best friends. Was a lot of fun when it happened.
My LFS sells them as pairs too. However, i originally got mine separately and it took only one day and they found each other.

we don't do vans anymore...black helo's with anti noise blades with repel gear, and black lowered tahoes or explorers for support ground....Vans are so out dated and can't handle the curves...hahaha...
Love this!

I find Sugarbees in Albertsons and Stater Bro here in OC. For proteins I eat Mozzarella balls and Manchego cheese from Costco, boiled eggs, the Serrano ham/chorizo wrapped around cheese thingies from Costco, yogurt (added sugar bc I like vanilla), cashews and pistachios. I add pistachios and raisins to my vanilla yogurt. Not all of that at once, of course. I sometimes eat frozen pecans, too--must be frozen how I like them. A lot of dairy! :)
Hmmm, Albertsons own Vons so I will ask the produce manager

I love cheese - but no dairy for me. Estrogen positive cancer.

I find different nuts to be as filling as cheese, and there's also a lot you can do with them. Pine nuts and honey go well on top of almost anything!

Hah! 6 pages you guys did since Tuesday- finally caught up!

I think it’s only fair I replied with 2 pages of my own!

Muhahaha.

Now onto the individual threads and I’ll need a lunch break to tackle the Cafe!

I don't think it is ckosed for submissions yet. Once it's closed they'll start a poll thread where you can vote.
Correct- it’s not rdy for voting- just wanted it to be on everyone’s radar.

Plus, people are like cows, they follow the one in front; so if we comment in the thread about Kev’s submission, more people will lean towards voting for him.

Hehe.
