Ok, very bizarre! So I was looking in my tank ( do any of you do that?) and I noticed a conch eye coming out of the hole in it’s shell, remember I thought it was dead, and another eye where it is supposed to be. Maybe it just wanted a sunroof? :astonished-face:

I hope I have done that like you did with me when I had my family's situation, I have sometimes written things badly because of the language lol and many times I get lost for hours because of work, but I want anyone in this family to be able to count on me for anything, you don't know how much you guys and gals helped me in my difficult moment and I will remember that as long as I live.

I know it would have made our Sunday, for all of us to just start walking thru your restaurant doors in mass, throwing on some aprons, telling you to have a seat cause we got this!

Heck, it would have made our year! So frustrating not to be able to do that for you.

But knowing you not only have an awesome family by your side and the Smorgy’s who would do anything within their power…

Well, That is a true cup runnuth over life - and so many can’t say that.

I do think you need some outside help though- reality in this business is age does matter on the line; chefs can only do it for so long.

Happy to help source/interview/recruit if you need me too. Most of my hires have been remote once I recruited past corporate office. Zoom is my friend. Muhahaha.

I don’t think they switch out shells like hermits because they make their own but if they make their own and it grows when they do perhaps it can repair it?
